Risk Disclosure

This disclosure describes general risks of trading digital assets and using this platform. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by counsel — it should be replaced with jurisdiction-specific, attorney-reviewed content before Monivex accepts real funds or licenses money-transmission activity.

Trading cryptocurrencies, forex, and precious metals carries substantial risk of loss. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition. Before using Monivex, please read and understand the risks below.

1. Not a Licensed Exchange or Custodian

Monivex has not obtained money-transmitter, virtual asset service provider, or equivalent licensing in any jurisdiction. Deposit addresses and withdrawal requests shown on the platform do not currently move real crypto on-chain. Do not send real funds to any address displayed by Monivex.

2. Market Volatility

Cryptocurrency, forex, and precious-metal prices can move sharply and unpredictably within short periods. Prices shown are sourced from third-party data providers (CoinGecko, Coinbase Exchange, the ECB) and may differ from prices available elsewhere.

3. No Deposit Insurance

Balances held on Monivex are not insured by the FDIC, SIPC, or any equivalent deposit-insurance scheme in any country. There is no guarantee of recovery of funds in the event of platform failure, security incident, or insolvency.

4. Technology & Security Risk

No software system is immune to bugs, outages, or security incidents. While Monivex implements measures such as password hashing, two-factor authentication, session management, and audit logging, this platform has not completed an independent third-party security audit.

5. Regulatory Risk

The regulatory treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and continues to evolve. Access to certain features may be restricted or discontinued in response to legal or regulatory developments.

6. No Investment Advice

Nothing on Monivex constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Market data, price movements, and platform content are provided for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

7. Irreversibility of Transactions

Once a licensed custody provider is connected and real on-chain transactions are enabled, blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Always verify recipient addresses and network selection carefully before confirming a withdrawal.
